6 Week Pottery Course – Intermediate (Friday Evenings)

Date: Begins on Friday, 15th September 2023 for 6 weeks
Time: 7pm – 9.30pm
Where: Lough Gur Pottery Studio, Holycross, Bruff, Co. Limerick, V35 DY77.
Price:  €260 (includes all materials, glazing and firing.) You can choose to pay the full amount on booking now, or you can pay a deposit of €100 now and the balance of €160 will be payable at the beginning of the first class.

This course is for anyone who has previous experience of working with clay or who has already completed a pottery course with me. The course will be more self-led than the beginner’s course. However, I will be on hand to remind you of all the techniques and to assist in any way you need. You might like to work on one or two more complex pieces over the course or you might prefer to make a different piece each week before glazing on the final week.

You will get the opportunity to make up to 5 pieces.

  • Create things for your Kitchen such as cups, bowls, butter dishes, salt pots etc.
  • You will have the opportunity to make up to 5 pieces.
  • At the end of the course your work will be fired and glazed ready for collection a few weeks later.
