Where: Lough Gur Pottery Studio, Holycross, Bruff, Co. Limerick, V35 DY77.
Price:  €260 (includes all materials, glazing and firing.) You can choose to pay the full amount on booking now, or you can pay a deposit of €100 now and the balance of €160 will be payable at the beginning of the first class.

Explore the endless possibilities of clay in this 6-week pottery course for adults. From throwing on the potter’s wheel to handbuilt functional pieces to wall pieces and sculptural work, the only limit is your imagination.

  • You will learn a number of hand-building techniques as well as a variety of surface decoration methods.
  • You will also get to try your hand on the potter’s wheel.
  • Bring your own ideas or let me help and inspire you.
  • Create things for your home such as wall pieces, flower pots, toothbrush holders, soap dishes, candle holders… etc
  • Create things for your Kitchen such as cups, bowls, butter dishes, salt pots etc.
  • You will have the opportunity to make up to 5 pieces.
  • At the end of the course your work will be fired and glazed ready for collection a few weeks later.
